1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide during signup, checkout, and support requests — including name, email, phone, and delivery address. When you browse as a guest, we store a random anonymous ID in your browser to remember your cart and wishlist.

2. How we use it

We use your information to process orders, deliver shipments, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve our marketplace. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing with sellers & couriers

To fulfill orders, we share your name, delivery address, and phone number with the seller and the courier assigned to your order. Sellers may not use this information for marketing.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and browser storage for essential features (cart, login session, preferences) and optional analytics. You can opt out of analytics via the cookie banner.

4a. Telegram, Google & notifications

If you sign in with Telegram or Google, we receive only your basic profile (name, and your phone number if you choose to share it with our Telegram bot). Browser notifications about your orders are sent only after you allow them, and you can turn them off anytime in your browser. We do not collect card or wallet details — FANZON is Cash on Delivery only.

5. Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data from Account → Profile. To request full deletion, contact support.
